SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.

Your order will be processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your confirmation email. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number to check the status. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include national holidays.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect customer address, a shipping fee of $8.95 will be applied.

We are not responsible for any international duties, taxes, or tariffs charged upon delivery. If a package is declined or returned to us, you will receive store credit for the order value minus the international shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY

We’re proud to offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic U.S. orders! We believe in the quality of our products, but we understand things don’t always work out.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 21 days of fulfillment. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Refunds will be issued as store credit only.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or don’t meet the return criteria.

Final Sale items are non-returnable.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at info@dilupstore.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled or changed as long as they have not been packaged or shipped.
